Two arrested over robbery

The 39-year-old man was struck on the head and robbed of cash during the incident as he put out his rubbish in Coatfield Lane on May 23.

The men, aged 40 and 31, were due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday.

A police spokesman said: "Officers are following a positive line of enquiry to identify other individuals believed to be involved."
