Tailbacks on M8 after car and bus collide in Glasgow

Commuters on the M8 faced long tailbacks after a bus collided with a car in Glasgow.

Passengers on the bus were evacuated after colliding with a vehicle on the M8.

Police said the car broke down in the fast lane shortly after 6.15pm, causing tailbacks.

Both vehicles were recovered an hour later.

There were no reports of injuries.
