Seven children in hospital after Inverbeg crash

SEVEN schoolchildren have been taken to hospital after a crash between their minibus and a vehicle transporting cows.

The collision happened on the A82 near Inverbeg, Argyll and Bute, at about 10.15am today.

The seven children were taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley, Renfrewshire, as a precaution along with the two drivers, Police Scotland said.

It is not thought anyone was seriously injured.

The road was closed for a time.

It is not known which school the children were from.
