Police name biker in fatal road slip

A MOTORCYCLIST who died after being hit by a car when he fell off his bike has been named by police.

Scott Stevenson, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in Chapelhall, Lanarkshire, on Saturday morning. His relatives have been informed.

Strathclyde Police said the vehicle apparently lost control, and Mr Stevenson came off the bike and fell onto the road.
