Motorcyclist killed in 4x4 crash near Glencoe

A MOTORCYCLIST has died following a collision with a 4x4 vehicle.

The crash happened on the A82 near Glencoe in the Highlands yesterday.

Police said the 45-year-old biker died and the female motorist and her passenger were treated in hospital for foot, leg and rib injuries.

They have appealed for witnesses to the collision at around 12.30pm.

A spokesman said: “Police Scotland are anxious to speak with drivers who were travelling on the A82 in the vicinity of Glen Etive.

“Police are keen to trace the occupants of a white camper van who may have witnessed the collision. Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
