Menzies boss sells part of his stake

PAUL Dollman, the group financial director at newspaper distributor and aviation services firm John Menzies, yesterday sold one-fifth of his stake in the Edinburgh-based business, netting himself just over £106,000 in the process.

Dollman’s holding in the company fell to 0.13 per cent after he sold 21,684 shares at 492p each to take his stake down to 78,316 shares.

Earlier this month, John Menzies posted a 30 per cent rise in underlying interim profits to £25.1 million and hiked its half-year dividend by 40 per cent to 7p.
