Man killed in early hours crash near Fife

A MAN has died following an early morning crash in which his car collided with a wall.

The one vehicle collision happened on the A915 Largo Road in Leven, Fife at around 2am.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue service said two fire engines went to deal with the incident.

Police appealed for information about the crash, which involved a green Honda Civic.

The road was closed for a time for investigations and recovery work, but later re-opened.

The man who died was named as George Nutman.

The 25-year-old from Kirkcaldy was the driver of the car.

No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
