Man fights for life after two–car crash

A MAN has been airlifted to hospital with “life-threatening injuries” after a two-car crash.

Two men were trapped following the collision on the A96, near Newton of Forgie in Moray, at 7:30am yesterday. Both were cut free by firefighters. One was flown by helicopter to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with a number of serious injuries. The other was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin.
