Harbour tragedy fisherman named

A FISHERMAN whose body was recovered by police divers from the harbour at Ullapool has been named.

He was Philip Toland, 34, from County Donegal in Ireland, who was reported missing on Christmas Day.

His body was recovered from the Cromarty town’s harbour on Boxing Day by Grampian Police divers.
