Edinburgh commute: Is traffic getting worse?

THE EVENING News has launched a drive to chart the Edinburgh commute - and we want your help.

We want you to help us find out if Edinburgh traffic is getting better or worse. Picture: Scott Taylor

We want to know how the city is moving. Are rush-hour delays increasing? Have the trams eased or added to traffic hold-ups? Where are the worst pinch points?

Whether you arrive at work hassled and late or early and refreshed, let us know.

Simply tweet with the hashtag #edcommute - telling us where you left from, where you arrived, the time, mode of transport and ideally the mileage.

eg “Portobello to city centre, car, four miles, Dep 8.30 Arr 8.50 traffic snarl-up on London Road #edcommute”
