

The footage, recorded by a cyclist, was captured on Queen’s Road in Aberdeen.
The cyclist, known as Aberdeen Cycle Cam, catches up with the Land Rover when it is stuck in traffic and films the male driver apparently holding a mobile phone.

Hide AdHe appears to be wearing earphones and to have a laptop open beside him.
The cyclist said: “When I saw the laptop and headphones in both ears my reaction was just to try to document the best I could what I saw, that’s why I pointed at each gadget. Usually I tell drivers to put their mobile phone down, but in this case I was at a loss for words.”
The footage, which has been viewed 1,765 times, was posted on YouTube on 5 February.
In the accompanying text the cyclist wrote: “This bloke is driving a 3 tonne Land Rover in town, looking at a mobile phone, laptop and wearing headphones on both ears.”
Police Scotland said they are following a positive line of inquiry.
