Council asks public to name gritter with predictable outcome

An English council has asked the public to help name a new road gritter - with predictable results. Oldham Council had originally asked primary school children in the region to help name its new gritter after previously enlisting the pupils to name previous vehicles, including Gritney Spears and Freddie Salted.
