A driver has been reported for dangerous driving after ‘almost flying’ at 130mph on the M8.
The driver was stopped at Junction 31 by Glasgow Road Police on Sunday March 1.
The speed limit for motorways in Scotland is 70mph.
Police Scotland wrote on Twitter: “We conduct regular speed checks as part of our role.
“We don’t expect to see someone almost flying at 130MPH on the #M8 J31.
“Wholly unacceptable and places themselves and other road users in danger.
