Trains cancelled between Edinburgh - Glasgow Queen Street

A number of trains have been delayed or cancelled as a result of a fault with the signalling system between Linlithgow and Edinburgh Park.

A number of services have also been impacted by the high winds brought by Storm Caroline, however, a fault with signalling is causing significant impact on the Edinburgh-Glasgow line.

Disruption is expected until 12:00.

As a result of the fault, train services between Edinburgh and Glasgow Queen Street will be cancelled or revised.

Services between Edinburgh and Glasgow Queen Street via Falkirk High will be reduced to a half-hourly service departing Edinburgh at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour and Glasgow Queen Street on the hour and the half hour.

All services will call at Croy, Falkirk High, Linlithgow, Polmont and Haymarket.
