Train crash death toll climbs to 80

The death toll in a train accident in northern India climbed to 80 yesterday with more than 350 injured in one of the worst disasters to hit the rail network in years.

The accident occurred on Sunday after the New Delhi-bound Kalka Mail suddenly stopped, derailing over a dozen carriages.
