Town has the golden touch

A MOTION has been tabled in the House of Commons welcoming Livingston’s golden anniversary as a new town.

The motion from Livingston MP Graeme Morrice highlights the town’s successful development over the last 50 years and its status as the business, leisure and retail hub of West Lothian.

It also commends all those who have been involved in the town’s planning and development, as well as local residents and groups that have contributed to its success over the years.
