Landlords looking to rent out a property can input their property details, photos and contact details to the app, where potential tenants can then contact them directly.

Co-founder Nicholas Auckland said: “Equity held within the private rental market has now surpassed that of the mortgaged owner occupied housing market, highlighting the growth of the rental market and continuing trends of ‘generation rent’. Rental practices now seem outdated and technology has struggled to keep up.
