Three's company at IT firm's new base

AN IT consultancy is to relocate to a office in George Street.

Charteris will move from its base in Leith to the Clarence House office, within three George Street townhouses, after it signed a five-year lease for 1887 square feet of space.

Marcus Weurman, surveyor at property firm Knight Frank, which acted for office landlord Larkwell, said: "We're delighted to have found Charteris as a tenant for Clarence House. The property is in a very desirable location and with two IT related firms already in the building, Clarence House was a natural fit for Charteris' business. We now have one final suite in the building to let, which offers a mix of refurbished period offices and open plan accommodation."

Ambergreen and Bravura Solutions are based in the building.
