Three killed on roads
Neil Smith, from Dundee, was hit near to the Kinfauns flyover at about 4.30am as he was apparently walking to a friend's house after a night out in Perth.
The 32-year-old worked with the Scottish Police Services Authority, based in Dundee, and had previously worked as a scene of crime officer with the Metropolitan Police.

Hide AdIn a separate incident a 16-year-old boy was hit by a taxi in Dundee at about 1.30am and died later in Ninewells Hospital. It is thought he had been trying to cross the carriageway of Dundee's Kingsway East .
Elsewhere, a motorcyclist was killed and the driver of a car injured in a crash on the B942 near to Anstruther, Fife, at about 5.15pm yesterday.
