Three die as temple feuding rages on

Thai and Cambodian soldiers exchanged fire in a two-hour border clash yesterday that killed two Cambodian soldiers and a Thai villager, the latest in an ancient feud over the land of a 900-year-old Hindu temple.

The fatalities were the first in the border area since a Thai soldier was shot dead after tensions between the countries over the 11th-century temple.
