Three arrested over murder attempt

Three men have been arrested in connection with an attempted murder in Lanarkshire last week.

The suspects, one aged 31, and the others aged 22, have been questioned in connection with the alleged assault on a 20-year-old man in Dechmont Street, Hamilton on Wednesday.

They are expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court today.
