Giblin unveiled the body cast at the Edinburgh Art Fair. The cast was made by encasing the British sprint and hurdling champion in plastercast, before using the model to create an aluminium armour-like shell.
Giblin utilises a sensual style of sculpture which is produced in ceramic then cast in bronze, translucent resin or cold cast metals.
