The true love tour on bike built for two

A COUPLE have geared up to travel across the country on a motorcycle and sidecar in order to uncover Scottish couples' secrets on how to make a relationship last.

Mike and Alanna Clear will visit the Capital as they interview couples on their 1500-mile journey to find out what keeps Scots together through the good times and the bad. Their interviews, anecdotes and journey across the UK are being captured along the way for a documentary film.

The journey started in Aberdeen yesterday, and will take them through Stonehaven, Perth and Edinburgh before continuing through the rest of the UK.

The duo's inspiration for the trip came when they tied the knot two years ago. As happy newlyweds, they were surprised to learn that over half of British marriages now end in divorce.

Mrs Clear said: "We can't wait to find out what couples have got to say about how to make love last, and we're hoping to uncover some secrets to ensure our relationship goes the distance, and to share with other couples in the UK."
