Ten people arrested at Eminem concert in Glasgow

Police arrested 10 people as rap star Eminem performed to a 35,000-strong crowd in Glasgow in his first show in more than a year.

The US star played in Bellahouston Park on Thursday night as part of the Summer Sessions series of concerts.

Police Scotland said 10 people were arrested for minor offences and none were held in custody overnight.

A force spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that a total of ten people were arrested last night all for minor public offences.

“None were held overnight and reports will be made out to the procurator fiscal office.”

In 2013, 34 people were arrested when Eminem played at the same venue.
