Everyone loves cakes so you’re likely to make a good bit of money this way. Baking can be fun and a great way to get your friends and family involved, as well. Holding a bake sale is a quick and easy way to raise money and doesn’t involve much foreplanning.

EXTREME SPORTS

Activities such as bungee jumping, skydiving and abseiling have become increasingly popular over the years. Of course this hasn’t taken away from their fear factor. If you’re looking for to inject some adrenaline into your fundraising efforts, extreme sports are definitely for you.

Dig out your old karaoke or SingStar machine, get the drinks flowing and make sure you’ve your phone on hand to record all the embarrassing moments.

If you’re new to the whole raising money thing, bag packing is a good place to start. An ideal way to bring fundraising to your workmates is through office Olympics. Get a group of people to take part in an Olympic style event like the fastest typer.

COME DINE WITH ME

Not much different to the average Saturday night but involves raising money for a good cause. Pick a group of people that are good at taking criticism and invite them round for dinner. Either all bring one course or do it like the show and dine at each others houses throughout the week. You can ask guests for donations when they arrive.
