Tell tales to care homes

BUPA care home residents throughout Edinburgh are appealing for budding storytellers to step forward and help them enjoy a day of classic tales and stories to mark National Storytelling Week.

More than 300 Bupa homes are hosting storytelling events from January 29 to February 5, inviting local communities to join them and team up with schools to get children involved.

Siobhan Drane, Bupa's community affairs manager, said: "We're on the look-out for some lively and enthusiastic storytellers to really help bring the week to life."
