Teenagers charged in 'racial' street attack

TWO people have been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged racially motivated assault on two women in Edinburgh last year.

The incident happened on 13 December in Earl Grey Street. The women, aged 15 and 27, suffered broken teeth and injuries to their faces and heads in the attack.

An 18-year-old man and a woman aged 19 were detained and subsequently charged in relation to the incident.
