On Friday night, officers also arrested and charged a 28-year-old man from Musselburgh for breaching his bail conditions.

Superintendent Phil O'Kane said: "Over the coming weeks, our officers will continue to carry out targeted high-visibility patrols in various 'hot spots' throughout East Lothian, where antisocial behaviour is an issue.

"The intention of these patrols is to provide reassurance to the public, while also helping to prevent further antisocial behaviour and other forms of criminality from taking place."
