Teenager dies in car accident
The 19-year-old was in a Ford Fiesta which struck a number of stationary vehicles in Newburgh, near Aberdeen.
The incident happened on the town's Main Street at around 12:55am. The road was closed for six and a half hours.

Hide AdThe man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where he later died.
Roads Policing Sergeant Neil Morrison said: "Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the young man whose life was lost in this incident.
"Our investigation is at an early stage and I am asking anyone who witnessed this collision or who may have any other useful information to contact Grampian Police."
