Teenage yob hit with Asbo

A TEENAGER has been hit with an Asbo after being accused of terrorising a Lothian town for the past two years.

Steven Moffat, 18, formerly of North Bank Road, Prestonpans, was given a full antisocial behaviour order following an application to a court by East Lothian Council.

Moffat, who is now understood to be living in a hotel in Haddington, had been accused of antisocial behaviour, including shouting, swearing, fighting, consuming alcohol, damaging property, and committing criminal acts in Prestonpans.

The Asbo bans Moffat from entering or being within 30 metres of Premier Stores in the town, acting in an aggressive manner, and engaging in threatening, abusive or violent behaviour.
