Talks held on green tourism

A FREE sustainability workshop led by the national tourism agency was today set to be held in the Capital.

VisitScotland's workshop aims to show how sustainable practices can help improve profits.

The George Hotel was holding the first event today.

Sinead Feltoe, regional director for VisitScotland, said: "Sustainable tourism aims to ensure that economic development, as a result of tourism, is a positive experience for everyone involved."
