Swinger was caught with child porn

A SWINGER was caught with a stash of child pornography after a woman using an online site became concerned about his lewd comments.

Police investigated Simon Black, 36, after the woman called police when his comments on a swingers' chatroom turned to children. After a search of computers at his Edinburgh home officers found 395 sick pictures and movies.

Black, now of Balderran Drive, Cardenden, admitted possessing indecent photographs or pseudo photographs of children between January 1, 2008, and August 1, 2008, at Stevenson Avenue, Edinburgh.

Defence agent Jennifer Cameron said Black had been interviewed by police initially after the complaint was made by the lady in Derbyshire and a second time after the search of his home. She said he cooperated and made full admissions.

Black was put on the sex offenders register and sentence was deferred until next month.
