Susan Boyle supporting fire hit Five Sisters Zoo
During an unannounced visit, the West Lothian singing sensation pledged to handover a “substantial donation” to the fund to repair the West Calder attraction.
And she promised to return later in the year for a fuller tour of the facility.

Hide AdThe zoo’s owners have promised to create a bigger and better attraction after last month’s blaze which destroyed the tropical house and saw 48 species of mammal and reptile perish.
Lesley Coupar the zoo’s head of marketing said: “We are so grateful to her for the donation.
“It’s amazing to get the support of someone who is so well-known and loved worldwide.”
