Sunset for ITV1's Daybreak editor

THE editor of ITV1's Daybreak is to leave the morning show he launched less than a year ago.

Ian Rumsey said he was looking for a "new challenge" after being at the helm since the programme went on air last September, replacing GMTV.

The show is fronted by Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley, who moved from BBC1.
