SuBo’s got flipping talent

Singer Susan Boyle looked a bit nervous as she showed off her pancake skills with catering students at St Augustine’s High School in Edinburgh.

The Britain’s Got Talent star flipped pancakes with Cardinal Keith O’Brien, the leader of the Catholic Church in Scotland, to raise awareness of Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund’s (Sciaf) Wee Box, Big Change fundraising campaign.

This calls on people to give up their favourite treat during Lent and put the money saved in a Sciaf “wee box”. The proceeds are then used to help tackle poverty in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
