Subo thief breaches curfew

The youth who nicked cash from Susan Boyle’s home has been back in court – for breaking his electronic curfew.

Scott Millar was tagged for four and a half months on November 1 for threatening to murder cops with a meat cleaver and a steak knife, and for stealing a laptop.

He was sentenced to stay indoors between 7pm and 7am each night in a bid to stop him re-offending. But less than a month into the punishment Millar, 17, breached his restriction of liberty order by arriving home nearly an hour late.

Millar, of North Reeves Place, Whitburn, pled guilty to the breach at Livingston Sheriff Court. Sheriff Douglas Kinloch added five hours to Millar’s order as punishment.

Last year singer SuBo arrived home to find Millar in her house in Blackburn, West Lothian. He was later fined £80.
