Students get film direction

LEADING African filmmaker Jean-Marie Teno has held a masterclass for the city's aspiring writers and directors.

The eminent documentary filmmaker met with students from Edinburgh College of Art as part of the Africa in Motion film festival.

Noe Mendelle, a research professor at the college, said: "I am delighted that Jean-Marie came to talk to students about this work."
