Stephen Hawking's daughter to discuss book

THE daughter of renowned physicist Stephen Hawking will discuss working with her father as part of this year's Edinburgh International Science Festival, which begins today.

Lucy Hawking will talk about her collaboration with her father on her book George's Cosmic Treasure Hunt on 17 April.

The family programme runs at the City Art Centre on Market Street until Saturday 17 April, with activities for all ages.

Dr Simon Gage, Director of the Science Festival, said "Come and join in – whether you're participating in Raj Persaud's psychology experiment or Richard Wiseman's Seven Deadly Sins event, you'll have fun and learn something about yourself and the world we live in."
