Stephen Dalton

Our report on December 19 incorrectly stated Stephen Dalton, of Bathgate, West Lothian, who pleaded guilty at Livingston Sheriff Court to stealing copper wire, was a member of the family which runs Dalton Metal Recycling.

The offender is in fact not a member of the family and is in no way connected to the company. We apologise for the error and any embarrassment caused.
