St Andrew Square up for urban award

ST ANDREW Square could be crowned Place of the Year in awards that celebrate the best places in the UK and Europe.

Think-tank The Academy of Urbanism has announced the 15 finalists for the Urbanism Awards, which recognise outstanding design, feel and use.

Tobermory Harbour is among the opposition. Winners are announced on 19 November.
