SSPCA appeal after dogs attack swans

The Scottish SPCA has called for dog owners in Aberdeenshire to keep their pets under control after two swans were attacked and hurt by dogs on the River Dee.

Both incidents happened near the Bridge of Dee, said Chief Inspector John Carle.
