Sports village sees 500,000th visitor

THE new Aberdeen Sports Village yesterday marked its first anniversary by welcoming the 500,000th visitor. The joint project between Aberdeen University, the city council and sportscotland, has a full-size FIFA-approved football pitch athletics facilities, a large sports hall, squash courts, fitness suite and gym, exercise studios, a crèche and café.
