Sorry tale for newsagent

A NEWSAGENT has been fined after more than 200 products on sale in his shop were found to be contaminated with mouse droppings and urine.

Jafar Hussain, 35, owner of J&S Newsagents on the Lawnmarket, was fined 275 at Edinburgh District Court last Friday.

Environmental health officers from the city council found 200 packets of crisps and 20 loaves of bread on display were contaminated with mouse droppings and urine.
