Something fishy is going on at eatery

JAPANESE restaurant YO! Sushi has opened a new outlet in Harvey Nichols.

The 50-seat eatery, which opened yesterday, boasts its trademark conveyor belt, which travels through the heart of the restaurant.

The restaurant has tailored its dcor to suit stylish shoppers, offering a chic sushi experience with a special menu.

Robin Rowland of YO! Sushi, said: "The 25-strong Edinburgh team have been working hard to get the restaurant ready. The fridges are fully stocked and our 'kitchen ninjas' have their knives at the ready."

Gordon Drummond from Harvey Nichols, added: "Customers are spoilt for choice with dishes ranging from traditional sushi and sashimi to hot classics like firecracker rice and chicken yakisoba."
