A FORMER BBC soundman whose fondness for gourmet grub earned him the nickname "Mr Snax" has started his own food website celebrating Scottish food.

Ian Cowie, who is based in Edinburgh, has been running his own Snax Productions camera and sound service since taking redundancy from the BBC two years ago.
