Sleepy thug made threats

A COUPLE arrived home to find a complete stranger asleep in their house, a court heard.

When they wakened 20-year-old Joseph Fealey and asked him what he was doing he threatened to break their jaws.

Prosecutor John Barclay told Livingston Sheriff Court that police thought the accused had sneaked into the house via the back garden. He said: "He was a stranger to these people but police say it's possible he thought he was in a friend's house."
