PROTESTERS gathered outside Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday to campaign against the extradition of a man alleged to be a member of Basque separatist group ETA.

Lawyers acting for Benat Atorrasagasti Ordenez, who is wanted in two European countries for terrorism offences, have agreed on dates in which they will argue his case to prevent his extradition.
The 36-year-old was convicted in absentia in France in 2008 of terrorism offences.
