FISCAL depute Sarah O'Gallagher said the goods Jennifer Stephen ordered included £2,100 worth of John Lewis vouchers, a washing machine, a tumble drier, a hand-held Hoover, two double beds with mattresses, van hire and a selections of children's toys.

She also ordered 1,300 worth of clothing, a watch, a handheld games console, an electric amplifier and 783.94 worth of gym equipment.

Stephen said the gym equipment was for two girls with eating disorders, while the drier was for a child with a skin condition.
