Shopper's secret hoard

A SHOPAHOLIC housewife had a secret hoard of fake designer goods in her home, a court has heard.

Tracey Haddow told police she was a compulsive clothes buyer and that her habit had got her into serious debt. She had 200 identical designer tops and scores of "WAG" bags branded with luxury labels.

Haddow, 32, of Blackburn, West Lothian, appeared for sentence at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday. She earlier pleaded guilty to 20 offences under trademark laws after cops acting on a tip-off searched her house on December 4, 2009. Sheriff Robert Vaughan ordered Haddow to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work.
