Shop sale is on the cards

A CARD and gift shop in the Lothians has been put on the market.

The Best Seller, on Penicuik High Street has been put up for sale with an asking price of around 70,000.

The current owner has had the business for the last 15 years and is selling in order to concentrate on other business activities.

David Higgins, who is handling this sale at Christie & Co, said: "The business is a mainstay of the local community."
